Tank Cleaning
Mantank are specialists in tank cleaning. Whatever the shape or size of your tank and regardless of the contents whether that be acids, alkalines, flammables or toxins, our professional project planning team will custom design a solution to your tank cleaning requirements.
Our service professionals develop custom tank cleaning solutions based on your objectives, analysis of the tank and its contents, the project site, and environmental considerations.
Mantank will always promote safe working practices and will examine methods of tank cleaning remotely before using man entry techniques. However, when required, all man entry is carried out under strict confined space procedures, using the latest safety equipment and breathing apparatus.
Inspection of such containers may reveal the need for tank cleaning, repair or renovation -- a service that Mantank is also experienced in performing for a number of clients.
Tanks -- including septic tanks and grease traps -- are not designed with facilities for human occupation so external tank cleaning methods such as water jetting are often used. If entry is needed, Mantank can easily fulfil any requirement for documentation such as confined space permits and permits to work, as well as completing any tests for contaminants and stringently monitoring all work in progress. Mantank understands all these requirements and is able to plan and execute the tank cleaning process with the minimum of delay.
Teams assigned to the tank cleaning will include all the necessary skills under a qualified leader. Where there is likely to be a hazardous atmosphere there will be breathing equipment, plus operatives with MARS resuscitation equipment, allowing the tank cleaning process to be carried out safely.
Whatever is in the tank, or what it has been used for in the past, Mantank can take on the cleaning process and carry it through to completion.
