Drum Waste

drum wasteOur Tautliners can carry packages, drums, and IBC's with payloads of up to 24 tonne. Our 7.5 tonne vehicle is ideal for use where access is restricted or a small load is to be removed. If required tail lift facilities are available on a selection of our tautliners removing the need for fork lift trucks.

Packaged Waste

We operate as an independent disposal company and as such can dispose of waste at any disposal facility. This is beneficial as it enables us to be selective and compete on disposal costs.

Where required Mantank will complete all necessary documentation. We operate with a duty of care and will audit disposal sites to ensure they are registered to take the waste specified.

IBC Waste Disposal

IBC Waste DisposalOur fleet of liquid ring pump vacuumation units are able to transport a wide range of bulk sludges and solids. They utilise high performance liquid ring vacuum pumps producing 1 900cfm and 90% vacuum which allows the tanker to be used with 6" to 8" inlets and outlets to aid with the fast loading and discharging of materials.

They also operate as tipper units with a fully opening hydraulically operated rear door to allow the discharge of solid waste.

Dry Waste or Bulk Liquids

Non Hazardous Waste DisposalDry dusty materials including powders, carbons, cements and dusts can all be uplifted and transported using our large capacity dry vacuumation units. Once the dry material has been collected our vacuumation units can either transfer the waste on site or transport off site for disposal. Other dry materials including gravels, sands, soils and general waste can be transported off site using our fleet of skip wagons.

Hazardous Bulk Liquid DisposalWe operate a fleet of waste tankers with barrels manufactured from mild steel and stainless steel. These may be coated with specialist linings which allows the fleet to carry most hazardous and non hazardous liquids. Our vehicles are able to transport up to 28,000 litres of bulk liquid. We also operate smaller vehicles to make the removal of reduced amounts more cost effective.

Our fleet of tankers undergo regular tank tests to ensure the integrity of the tanks conform to the latest regulations.
