Emergency Spill Response
For our clients we provide an Emergency Response Service 24hrs a day, 365 days a year, with the ability to cope with all eventualities. Whether that be a call out in response to motorway emergencies, spillages on to highways, vehicles losing loads, contamination of waterways or lagoons, or a call out to spillages on industrial sites. You can rely on Mantank to always respond. In order to ensure that the job is carried out in the most cost effective and efficient way possible we work closely with all our clients and liaise with emergency services and insurance companies on your behalf.
Our accreditations in the field of waste management provides that we can also offer our existing clients the service of waste management disaster planning.
Emergency Response Teams
Our Emergency Response Teams are fully equipped to cope with all eventualities and have available for immediate deployment, containment booms, sandbagging, sand mats, and absorbent matting materials.
They are fully trained in high pressure water jetting, vacuumation technology, waste tankering, confined space entry, use of breathing apparatus, chemical awareness and accident trauma management. We also have available qualified chemists and DGSA waste managers to aid in the identification of waste material either from samples taken or from data sheets supplied. This ensures that we are able to treat the affected area correctly.
Equipment
Here at Mantank we have the equipment to cope with all nature of emergency waste clean up operations. We operate our own fleet of modern waste management vehicles including, bulk liquid tankers for the removal of most liquids, dry vacuumation units for the uplifting of dry powders, and flat beds with hiab arms for the handling of drums and IBC’s (International Bulk Containers).
We also operate emergency response vehicles fully kitted out with emergency containment equipment ready to respond at any time to all emergencies. Mantank provide the complete one stop shop for all emergencies. We have the capabilities to respond quickly, contain effectively, make the area safe, uplift the spillage, provide all the necessary documentation and dispose of the waste to a suitable waste disposal site.
